The Scripture's counsel, to those who walk on the paths of life, is to meditate – ponder carefully upon – whatever things are true and noble, just and pure, lovely, virtuous and praiseworthy. The things we ponder upon - continuously give attention to and meditate on; fill our hearts, becoming treasures of the heart or the abundance of the heart. From such abundance of the heart, we speak and act, revealing to others our true selves.
