And does not doubt in his Heart...

“For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart , but believes that those things he says will come to pass, he will have whatever he says (Mark 11:23)”. These are the words of Jesus Christ to his disciples, explaining in simple terms the basic principles of faith and how to exercise faith. It is very important that we clearly understand the principles of faith and how to exercise faith. Since the Scriptures tell us that ‘without faith it is impossible to please God’.  We must understand that, to please our God, we must have faith. The reason is simple; for the scriptures say “for whatever is not from faith is sin. (Rom 14:23)”.  Putting it plainly, sin is disobedience to the law of God, to His commands and will.  "Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy meditate on these things (Phil 4:8)". The Scripture's counsel, to those who walk on the paths of life, is to meditate – ponder carefully upon – whatever things are true and noble, just and pure, lovely, virtuous and praiseworthy. The things we ponder upon - continuously give attention to and meditate on; fill our hearts, becoming treasures of the heart or the abundance of the heart. From such abundance of the heart, we speak and act, revealing to others our true selves. It is important to note, that, we become what we think: so what we will be tomorrow, we will find in the things in our hearts today, "For as he thinks in his heart, so is he (Prov 23:7)".
